Tivifyer is a media player. It does not include, host or provide any channel, broadcast or content. To watch anything you must add your own playlists, whose legality is your responsibility.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Tivifyer you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The owner is Norvani Holdings LLC (see Legal notice).

2. What Tivifyer is

Tivifyer is a tool to play and organize playlists (IPTV, M3U, Xtream) that you provide. The app is not affiliated with any content provider, does not index or recommend sources, and does not offer access to any paid or protected content.

3. Lawful use and user responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the playlists, servers and sources you add and play, and for holding the necessary rights or authorizations.
• You agree to use Tivifyer in accordance with the law and not to use it to access content without proper authorization.
• The owner does not monitor or control third-party content and is released from any unlawful use you make of the app.

4. Account and sync

The account (email link sign-in) and sync are optional. Your playlists are synced end-to-end encrypted; see the Privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and for the security of your devices.

5. Premium

• Premium features are unlocked with a one-time payment (lifetime), with no subscription.
• The purchase is processed through the relevant app store (Google Play or App Store), which acts as seller and handles the charge.
• Refunds are governed by the policy of the store you purchased through, and by any withdrawal rights granted to you by applicable consumer law.

6. Third-party services

Tivifyer may optionally integrate with third-party services (for example, Simkl or Trakt for tracking, or TMDB for metadata). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, separate from Tivifyer.

7. Intellectual property

The app and its elements are owned by Norvani Holdings LLC or its licensors. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use it. You may not copy, decompile, modify or distribute the app except as permitted by law.

8. Warranties and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or of third-party sources. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Tivifyer and delete your account at any time. The owner may suspend the service in the event of use that breaches these terms or the law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of European Union users, who may bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile.
