Tivifyer is built to ask for as little data as possible. Your playlists are end-to-end encrypted: our servers only ever hold encrypted data, never your key. We cannot see or know which channels you have, not even if we wanted to.

The account and sync are optional: you can use Tivifyer on your device alone without giving us any data. The Premium purchase is handled entirely by the app store (Google Play / App Store); we never see or store your card or payment details.
The key that encrypts your playlists is generated and kept on your devices and is never sent to our servers. That is why we only store encrypted blobs and have no technical ability to access the contents of your playlists or know what you play.
Tivifyer is a player: the content comes from the playlists you add and from third-party servers you connect to directly. We do not intermediate, log or store that content.
Optional third-party services that only come into play if you choose to connect or use them, acting as independent controllers under their own policies: Simkl and Trakt (watch tracking) and TMDB (movie and series metadata).
Some processors are located in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adequacy frameworks such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also delete your account and all your data from within the app/website or by requesting it at that address. If you reside in the EU, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your supervisory authority.
Tivifyer is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
